As a former full-time Director of Photography for National Geographic, I have
traveled the world in order to bring back award winning images.
Now I’ve started my own company, Chuck Walter Productions, to provide your production with a professional video camera crew in the San Francisco-Northern California area and wherever your shoot may be.
-I’m conveniently based out of the heart of the Silicon Valley ,where I film the bulk of my work, and just minutes from San Francisco and San Jose.
– In 2007 I received the prestigious Alfred I. duPont-Columbia University journalism award for my work on PBS’s “War Stories from Ward 7-D”. My work in documentary, sports, magazine format and lighting have also earned me numerous White
House News Photographers Association awards.
– Knowledgeable in all facets of television production, from corporate to hard news and liveshots to documentaries, PR, promos, sports, VNR’s and commercial projects. I’ve filmed everything from camel trains in the Sahara to White House interviews.
